I have been licensed in Texas as a professional counselor since 2010; this counseling process involves client centered therapy with treatment plans and dialogue tailored to the unique and specific needs of the client. My professional training and experience has been with those struggling through anxiety, grief, transitional life changes and relational conflicts. I am trauma informed and have had the privilege of working with a variety of cultures and diverse people groups. We will start with what you are comfortable sharing about yourself and what motivated you to seek therapy. Having worked through my own healing journey, has given me a deep understanding and passion to help others.
